As a senior staff in Boxmagic Inc., I am in charge of
managing team members who are copy writers, designers,
programmers, and so on. I have to deal with clients and
their time schedules. In order to do this properly, I
am involved in recruiting resources and send out orders
to vendors, too.

Carrying on clients' special needs with media, I am
also experienced with planning and buying media which
includes newspaper, radio, TV, billboards, and direct
mail.

Being a general manager of an advertising agency isn't
easy at all. To lead team members to the right direction
of the most recent trend is the most important key factor
of being a senior staff. Market reserching skill must
be combined to lead the team and clients to the success.
